Write to legislators

The United States should be a leader in child labor laws, but right now it's lagging far behind most of the world. This is unacceptable.

Adding your voice to the campaign increases the pressure on legislators to put a stop to the roll back of child labor laws at the State and Federal levels. 

OHIO: Write to Governor DeWine

In May 2023, an Ohio House Committee passed bill SB30, which would allow 14 and 15 year olds to work up until 9pm on school nights, placing them at greater risk. The Ohio Senate passed this bill in March 2023, and it is now awaiting a final vote. We're asking the Ohio State Governor, Mike DeWine, to veto this bill should it be passed on the floor.
